I have two simple goals for my eating during my ‘marathon makeover’ year.

1) Fuel well, remembering that sugary treats are a 10% or less part of fueling.


Going nutzo about eating is easy for me – after a couple of bouts with an eating disorder, my weight has been every where from [very low unhealthy weight] to [higher than my body likes, but still healthy weight]. At this point, I am within a few points of my happy weight, which is [healthy and attainable weight for my body composition and frame].

That’s one of the reasons you will never see a weight related number on this blog.

Nada one.

It’s just not healthy for me – I know what I weigh, I vaguely remember what I weighed last month and the month before – but I don’t need a written record of weights. No thanky.
